Abstract
Neither the currently valid legal regulation nor the court´s decisions give an explicit answer to obtaining information from the electronic mailbox after the termination of the function of the manager of a limited liability company, which performs the activi-ty of an independent financial agent. The paper focuses on the analysis of court´s decisions, from which the conditions for the use of the data in question can be de-rived by a logical interpretation.
