Abstract
Individual taste of consumer is one of the most important factors in furniture selection.The aim of this paper was to identify consumer perception of designer stool. The required primary data was obtained from our consumer survey with using tandardized questionnaire. The obtained data was evaluated by simple analyses, and a semantic differential was used to better understanding consumer perception of designer stool. Based on the design would buy the most respondents 42 (67.7 %) a stool 3. Based on usage, most respondents 29 (46.8 %) would buy a stool 2. Respondents change their preferences depending on the product use. Individual design solutions are not designed for all, but they are designed for a certain segment of customers.
